What to Expect

A dinner that reflects the heart of Spanish cooking and the roots of Casa Molina. Guests begin with a welcome aperitif before settling into a table filled with traditional snacks from the north of Spain. The menu moves through croquetas prepared with care, a bright escabeche salad, and squid with fideuá in tinta. For the main experience, guests select between our Paella Valenciana or our seafood paella, both prepared in the style of our kitchen. The evening concludes with a classic flan. It is a structured, generous menu that follows the rhythm of a Spanish meal and showcases the flavours that define Casa Molina.
